The Workers Compensation Fund – How to register and contribute

The Workers Compensation Act, 2008 announced a fund called The Workers Compensation Fund. All employers are required by law to contribute to this fund. You can read more about this Act  here.
How to contribute to the fund?
1. Employers have to  fill and submit to the Fund Form no. WCP – 1 (Page 1, Page 2) to support the remitted contributions.

2. Employers have to remit contributions to the Fund through any of the following bank accounts:
NMB PLC

Account number: 20110016403
CRDB Bank PLC.
Account name: Workers Compensation Fund
Account number: 0150237547300
3. Contributions have to be made on monthly basis within a period of one month after the end of the month to which the contribution relates.
